Owner commission
For each completed hire:
- Hire Assets fee: 12%
- Owner keeps: 88%
- Minimum platform fee: $3 per completed hire
Example
If your item hires for $50, you keep $44 and Hire Assets earns $6.
If your item hires for $100, you keep $88 and Hire Assets earns $12.
Payouts
Owners are paid securely through Stripe Connect.
Once a hire is completed, payouts are processed automatically to the owner’s connected Stripe account, subject to any applicable holds, disputes, refunds, or platform checks.
Optional Promotion
Owners can also choose optional paid promotion to increase visibility on the platform.
Featured Listings
- Featured Listing — 7 Days: $4.99
- Featured Listing — 30 Days: $9.99
These options are optional and are designed to help owners get more visibility for selected listings.
Security Deposits
Some listings may require a refundable security deposit.
Where applicable:
- the owner sets the deposit amount
- the deposit terms will be shown before booking
- any approved damage or loss claims will be handled in line with our platform policies and booking terms
